ONCALL Careers – Celebrating 10 years at ONCALL
Vishal Purswani started his ONCALL career in January 2009 as a casual disability support worker, working in over 1,000 shifts with our B2B customers. His disability support work was of a very high standard and We regularly received positive feedback about his work performance.
In March 2010 Vishal received the “Employee of the Month Award” for his consistent professional approach and work standard whilst on shift.
One year later, Vishal joined the ONCALL head office team as an Allocations Consultant. The following year, Vishal started to lead our after-hours service. Later that same year Vishal was promoted to Manager Casual Staff Services.
In 2018 Vishal’s portfolio grew as the Casual Staff Services Business Unit expanded to now support the Workforce team for our NDIS clients.
ONCALL would like to say a big thank you to Vishal Purswani for his service and commitment to ONCALL over the past 10 years as well as his service to the disability and community services sector in Victoria.
