Our Develop Me! Program
Our 12-week 'Develop Me!' program is a structured, goal-oriented initiative designed to build independence, functional skills, and overall quality of life for children, youth, and school leavers with neurodiversity or intellectual disability.
The program is a therapeutic one that integrates Allied Health recommendations into support worker-led sessions, providing therapy-informed guidance to enhance participants’ skills and wellbeing. Progress is tracked using baseline, mid-point, and final reviews, incorporating wellbeing surveys and behaviour charts to measure outcomes and inform ongoing support.
By the end of the program, participants receive a final report summarising progress, visual data, and next-step recommendations to guide future development.
