Casual Staff Services national expansion: making a difference to more lives.

Now providing support in Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales and South Australia

ONCALL has been providing exceptional support and dedication to the disability and welfare sectors in Victoria for almost 30 years. In 2021 ONCALL launched its industry-leading Casual Staff Services in Queensland.

New South Wales

This April we were excited to announce our Casual Staff Services had extended into New South Wales. Our expansion to provide Casual Staff Services in New South Wales saw us deliver our first Casual Staff Service shift in Nowra, New South Wales.

This has been a huge assignment for the ONCALL Casual Staffing Services Executive Manager, Troy Aylen. Troy and his team, assisted by Megan Cooke on the ground in Queensland, have worked tirelessly to ensure their new team of high-quality experienced support staff in NSW provides the level of service that is expected of ONCALL staff.

South Australia

ONCALL is thrilled to announce we have also recently partnered with SACARE in South Australia. This expands our services and enables us to become a national provider of support services. We can now reach more people and make a positive difference to even more people.

Our most recent partnership with SACARE will enable two leading organisations to share their areas of expertise, benefiting a greater number of individuals living with varying levels of support needs across Australia. We are thrilled to announce this partnership with an organisation whose core values and commitment to excellence in client service align so closely with their own. We look forward to working together with Executive Director South Australia Chloe Kempe and her team at SACARE.

The team at ONCALL are passionate, reliable, dedicated and inclusive. We are delighted to welcome the new staff in South Australia on board. We also extend this welcome to all the staff in New South Wales and Queensland.
