Announcing ONCALL x SACARE Partnership

ONCALL Group Australia has been providing exceptional support and dedication to the disability and welfare sectors for over 18 years.

In response to the demand for high-quality services and workforce options across Australia, ONCALL has expanded these services interstate. With the recent announcement of our partnership with SACARE, ONCALL is now operating across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, and South Australia.

ONCALL supports children, adolescents, and adults with disability through many funded services. These services enable them to live life their way at home and in the community. In addition to client services, ONCALL helps government and community service organisations. Our casual staffing service offers vital support services 24 hours a day.

New Board Chair

ONCALL services are rapidly expanding to continue providing excellent quality care to people with disabilities. To support this, we recently welcomed Craig Rushton as the new ONCALL Board Chair. Craig brings over 30 years of experience as a CEO and Board Director of health and human service organisations in Australia and the United Kingdom. Craig is currently based in the UK but will be spending the majority of his time in Australia from late 2022, allowing him to work closely with ONCALL management as we expand.

The UK is known for leading practices in residential care for people with complex needs. This international evidenced based practice has already underpinned a model of care for ONCALL Supported Living Options (SLO). The model enhances community activity and family connections and provides timely access to service coordination and specialist expertise. This results in dedicated teams who understand the residents without compromising quality. Craig’s appointment will also further enhance the opportunity for ONCALL to leverage leading practice and advance high-quality support for people with disability in Australia.
