We are currently experiencing enormous growth and are always on the lookout for likeminded people to join the team, who value making a positive change in the lives of others by supporting our clients in Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales!

We urgently need more Disability Support Workers and Residential Youth Workers to meet this increase in demand. Refer family and friends who are currently Support Workers or interested in becoming a Support Worker with ONCALL and they will be rewarded with a job that provides purpose and creates positive outcomes.

Terms and Conditions

To be eligible for these payments:

The referrer needs to be an existing active ONCALL staff member;
The person being referred must be a new applicant and never worked for ONCALL at any time in the past;
The person being referred needs to provide the name and phone number of their referrer during the application process;
The applicant can only be referred once and cannot be claimed by multiple staff members;
If there are multiple staff members identified as links, the first person verified as a connection will be the only one eligible to receive the reward.

All reward payments will be provided in the form of a Prezzee eGift Card and you must abide by their terms and conditions of use available to view here.
