About ONCALL
ONCALL Group Australia is an integral part of the disability and child and youth services sectors.
In both Victoria and South East Queensland we support people with disability through a range of NDIS services that enable them to live life their way at home and in the community.
We help government and community service organisations deliver their vital services, 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
In Victoria, we also support children and young people within the Child Protection system through a range of accommodation models and support services. In addition, we are the leading labour hire agency for the Child, Youth and Family Services industry, coordinating over 2,000 casual staff for hundreds of organisations.
In South East Queensland, we continue to grow delivering more disability and accommodation services to more people in more places.
This breadth of experience and expertise is not something you often find in a single organisation. It gives us a holistic understanding of the industry and enables us to deliver tailored services to the highest standards.

ONCALL is led by a team of dedicated community service specialists. Our board members and leadership team all have extensive experience working in disability or child and youth support services.
Together, they’ve created a culture of empowerment at ONCALL by providing tools, building systems and guiding our workforce of over 2,000 support professionals to be the best they can be – for themselves and for our clients.
No matter what the role, we go to great lengths to attract and retain people of outstanding character and with the highest professional standards. Because the work we do is as demanding as it is rewarding, and because each and every person we support deserve to be cared for by people who will always be there for them.
