After you’ve had your plan developed, you’ll need to manage your plan.
That can be done in one of three ways.
You or your nominee (mum or dad)
A Registered plan management provider
If you decide you want a plan management provider, ONCALL can be there to help you with financial intermediary and support coordination.
Our plan management team can assist with the management of your fund (financial intermediary) and coordinating your supports (support coordination). We’ll work with you to establish what type of supports you’ll need in your package, what providers can deliver them, how much they’ll be and where they are. We’ll develop service agreements, pay invoices and deal with all the other financial elements of your package.
Everyday service delivery with your support workers
Once you and your support coordinators have established what supports you need, who you’re going to employ to deliver them, when and where, and how much they are, your service delivery starts.
ONCALL will be there when you need market leading support workers to provide the benchmark in quality care. We’re here with any support you need in your plan, we’ll work with you to establish exactly what you need and build a support team to help you achieve your goals and provide you and the NDIS with reports on specific goals, outcomes and success indicators as we go along.
You won’t need to worry about any of the financial stuff for the supports you’re receiving because our plan management team will be handing all of that for you. You can stay on top of everything using ONCALL's real time tracking and reporting that’s provided as part of your plan management.
Plan review with your support coordinator
Your plan lasts for 12 months. A review will happen after 12 months or if something changes in your life. The review is a chance for you to think back about which supports have helped to achieve your goals, and a time to have another think about anything new that interests you or opportunities you would like to participate in. When it comes time to have a review meeting with the NDIS, ONCALL will be there to help you prepare.
