The main aim of our In-Home Care is to give families the support they need to help their children remain in their family home.
Together with the Victorian Government’s Department of Families, Fairness and Housing, we provide qualified, experienced staff to work with families in their home.
We help them develop and implement goals that ensure the health and wellbeing of their children are maintained while they’re living in the family home.

We also provide our In-Home Care to carers of young people in foster care, kinship care, permanent care and in special needs local adoption placements.
We help with a variety of tasks including ensuring young people can maintain regular routines, assisting with meal preparation and food education, encouraging active lifestyles and assisting with homework and home schooling.
Through our wraparound care model, we provide safe, healthy and stable environments for young people and give them the tools needed to confidently enter adulthood.
