We are delighted to announce that we have been appointed to join the TAC Disability Reference Group.
The TAC Reference Group was formed by the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) to help shape their commitment to quality of care and zero tolerance to abuse. The TAC is a Victorian Government-owned organisation set up to pay for treatment and benefits for people injured in transport accidents, promote road safety and improve Victoria's trauma system.
The Reference Group will provide a forum for structured dialogue with the TAC, provide advice on the quality and safeguarding framework development and implementation and contribute to the development of processes by the Disability Provider Quality Assurance team.
Robyn Pollard, CEO at ONCALL and representative to the TAC Reference Group commented:
“ONCALL have decades of experience in the disability sector and this will be a brilliant opportunity to both share our sector experience and connect with, and learn from, other disability providers to help develop the sector.“
We have launched our new NDIS JobReady program! NDIS JobReady is a pathway to employment program that was created to support the growing need for disability support staff under the NDIS rollout. The program provides training and experience to suitable candidates looking to get into the disability sector.

Our Training College is RTO Registered!
Feb 05, 2017
In January 2017 ONCALL Training College became a registered RTO which we have been working towards a long time! The college is now able to offer both CPR and first aid courses which will commence February 2017.
Lynda Galt, CEO at the Training College commented:
"We're ecstatic to receive our RTO, it's been something the college has been working to for a while now and it will be great to be able to support not only ONCALL but other organisations with their training needs."
A RTO (Registered Training Organisation) is an organisation providing Vocational Education and Training (VET) to students, resulting in qualifications or statements of attainment that are recognised and accepted by industry and other educational institutions throughout Australia. Becoming an RTO is a difficult task and it has taken ONCALL Training College a year to gain registration.
