Support Coordination is a support you can get as part of your NDIS plan. It’s designed so people can get the most value out of their funded package. When your first NDIS plan is developed with support coordination included as one of the supports, you’ll be able to work with your chosen Support Coordinator to figure out how your funds will be spent, and to link you in with all of the different service providers that you may need.
Support Coordination is a capacity building support, that means our dedicated and expert team help you to build your own skills and help you to navigate the NDIS marketplace. We can implement all the supports in your plan and find the providers that are the best option for you.
We work creatively and resourcefully with you to figure out the best way to use your support budget. We will do everything we can to make sure you’re ready for the transition to the NDIS.
