National expansion: making a difference to more lives.

Now providing support in Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales

This April, we were excited to announce our Casual Staff Services had extended to provide casual staffing to organisations in New South Wales. As ONCALL continues to grow and expand to truly become a national provider of support services, we are reaching more people and making a positive difference to the greatest number of people we can.

In mid-2021, after providing exceptional support and dedication to the disability and welfare sectors in Victoria for almost 30 years, ONCALL launched its industry-leading Casual Staff Services in Queensland.

12 months later, on Friday 1st April 2022, Ablecare in Queensland officially joined the ONCALL family and commenced trading as ONCALL Group Australia. ONCALL is proud to now offer in Queensland a variety of professional support services including accommodation management and SIL support in close to 50 disability homes as well as NDIS support and plan management, a range of Allied Health services, and an RTO training college.

We are delighted to welcome Kim Moyes, Executive Director Queensland Operations, to the ONCALL Team. Kim shares our passion and commitment to our clients and brings a wealth of experience to the team to support and assist our clients to live their best lives.

Our recent expansion to provide Casual Staff Services in New South Wales saw us deliver our very first Casual Staff Service shift in Nowra, New South Wales this April.

This has been a huge assignment for ONCALL’s Casual Staffing Services Executive Manager, Troy Aylen. After months of work, Troy and his team, assisted by Megan Cooke on the ground in Queensland, have worked tirelessly to ensure their new team of high-quality experienced support staff in NSW provides the level of service that is expected of ONCALL staff.

The team at ONCALL are passionate, reliable, dedicated and inclusive and is delighted to welcome the new NSW field staff team onboard as we look forward to providing even more support to the greatest number of Australians they can reach.

We extend this welcome to all the staff in Queensland who are now officially part of the ONCALL team. We are thrilled to have them on board, helping us to deliver more services, to more people, in more places.
