This is an exciting
opportunity for you to become a key contributor to ONCALL’s dynamic Client
Engagement team. Focusing primarily on ensuring a quality customer experience,
you will provide
support coordination to participants with complex needs and assist them in
achieving goals as set out in their NDIS plans.
Reporting to the Senior
Client Engagement Consultant, you will be a key driver in the
provision of flexible and tailored supports for people with disabilities, their
families and carers, ensuring adherence to quality and practice standards under
