As a key contributor of ONCALL’s dynamic and diverse Disability Accommodation Services team, your primary focus will be to manage a portfolio of residential houses. You will provide a comprehensive suite of services and support to residents with significant, complex and dual disabilities across a variety of accommodation models including ongoing, emergency, contingency and transitional; fully supported by a professional BSP and a registered APO.
Reporting to the Team Leader Disability Accommodation Services, you will utilise your expertise to coordinate and build high performing teams to deliver quality, client centred care and support to our wonderful residential residents. Additionally, you will:

To be considered, you will possess a relevant qualification within disability (Cert IV or higher) and demonstrated experience in a similar role overseeing/coordinating disability accommodation services and managing a team of staff in a residential setting, including supervision and mentoring. Your experience working with residents with complex needs and behaviours of concern, ability to engage, build and maintain solid stakeholder relationships coupled with your sound negotiation and dispute resolution skills will guarantee your success in this role. Experience writing and coordinating incident reports with the updated CIMS system is required and a current Victorian drivers’ licence, mandatory.
