Client Engagement Consultant - Disability & NDIS

Joining our NDIS and Client Services Department, this role will involve the provision of flexible supports for people with disabilities, their families and carers, ensuring adherence to quality services under the NDIS. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Providing person centred services that enrich the lives of people living with disabilities;
  • Engaging clients’ by understanding their needs and their plans and ensuring their profiles are maintained in ONCALL’s database;
  • Ensuring all clients and their families have a clear understanding of individual funding and their core supports;
  • Developing and maintaining professional relationships with participants, families, staff and other key internal and external stakeholders;
  • Assisting with rostering duties;
  • Demonstrating ONCALL core values at all times.


Pivotal to this role will be your ability to communicate effectively with our clients and their families and just as importantly, with our dedicated Rostering Consultants to ensure shift requests are filled accordingly.

To be considered, you will have held a similar position within the disability services sector and possess a proven track record of delivering results via your outstanding communication, customer service and IT skills. A current (or willing to obtain) police check, WWC check and DWES check are required and relevant qualifications in Disability, Community Services, Social Science etc preferred. Your ability to focus, prioritise and work effectively within this fast-paced environment will ensure your success in this role.
