You will be asked questions to find out a little bit more about you, your work history and hands on support and your motivation for applying.
Your application will be assessed by one of our Recruitment Consultants against our capability requirements and key selection criteria and shortlisted for interview.
Face to Face Interview
You will be asked to discuss in more detail your knowledge and experience through a series of behavioural based questions and quizzes and you will complete a simple language, literacy and numeracy test.
You will need to supply two references, current Police Check and WWCC and agree to a DWES and Carers Register check. We will also ask for copies of your qualifications, as well key training including Medication, First Aid, CPR and Manual Handling.
Candidate Assessment Briefing Day
You will spend the morning on legislation, processes and relevant information a good support worker needs to know. Those who successfully pass the morning assessment will be given an employment contract to sign and after lunch you will meet representatives from each ONCALL business unit.
