Anna Fleming Director
Anna has worked in Disability Services for over 39 years. She has a very broad range of experience spanning most levels and facets in the Sector, from direct care and support, through to senior management and business directorship. Anna’s career commenced at the former Kew Cottages in 1978 and progressed to work in Senior Management positions with both government & non-government services. Anna founded and was Managing Director of MSSA (the first disability and welfare labour hire agency in Australia). Anna has worked as a Specialist Consultant and Registered Nurse whilst completing further studies. Anna is a founder and Director / Secretary of ONCALL Personnel & Management Services Pty Ltd. Anna has had extensive experience in the management of a large range of diverse community service organisations in Melbourne.
Robert Fleming Administrator
Robert’s career commenced at the former Kew Cottages in 1978 and he has over 39 years’ experience working in the Disability and Aged Care Services. Robert’s previous positions include - Manager, Disability Services DHS Southern Region and Co-founder of MSSA; State Manager of Home Care Services for Southern Cross Care (Vic) overseeing 10 offices state wide with more than 350 PPT & Casual staff providing services to a range of Aged and Disability Services. As part of this role, Robert also managed three large local governments Aged & Disability (HACC) Contracts. Robert has significant experience managing a wide range of community support services within his career and has extensive experience working within the Quality Framework.
Robyn Pollard CEO
Robyn has been CEO of ONCALL since August 2010 after being General Manager at ONCALL since 2005. Robyn has significant knowledge and experience in managing a diverse and complex, successful and growing business and worked with the Executive Team to achieve Full Quality Framework Accreditation in April 2012. Robyn has over 30 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse, in senior management roles in Community Aged Care, Disability and Welfare Services.
Prior to ONCALL Robyn was a Senior Manager in Community Aged & Disability Care, managing a very large staff team in providing high quality services to both internal and major external clients. Robyn has a highly-developed insight and aptitude for managing conflict and achieving win-win solutions for all parties.
Ben Fleming Projects & Development
Ben has worked with ONCALL for over 10 years within a range of different business units.
Neil’s background includes work in commercial and not-for-profit organizations within the banking and finance, training and the community services sectors. Neil has 20 years experience in executive roles and holds a MBA and Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.
Executive Manager Marketing
Sam is an MBA who comes from a business and not-for-profit background. He has over 15 years experience in management, marketing, business development and sales.
Executive Manager Casual Staff Services
Troy has been working with ONCALL for over 10 years, having first started in a direct care role. Troy studied a Bachelor of Health Science – Disability at Deakin University.
Executive Manager Client Services
Snezana has been a senior manager for the last 15 years in various positions held at State and the Community sector roles. She has extensive experience in disability services as a senior manager in the State department including a key senior management role for the pilot of the NDIS in Victoria.
Executive Manager Accomodation Services
Toula has worked in the Community Services Sector for over 20 years with extensive experience in child protection and out of home care.
Toula commenced her career as a residential care worker later moving into Child Protection in 1996. Toula has since performed a number of roles for both government and non-government organisations including managing out of home care and specialist programs, Quality and Compliance Manager, Complaints Manager, Placement Coordination Manager and Manager Disability Individual Support Administration Team.

Susan holds a BA Psychology and Post Graduate qualifications in Human Resources with over 20 years experience across Tertiary, Health and the Community Services Sectors.
