In this most difficult time for each one of us, I wanted to reach out to sincerely acknowledge and thank all of our staff who are doing their best to ensure that our services are continued to be provided to all our clients.
We have been humbled and grateful for so many acts of kindness and offers for support from so many of our staff, families and friends with offers to supply and deliver food and supplies to our houses, sourcing and providing hard to come by products like hand sanitizer and gloves.
We have the responsibility of care for so many of our communities most vulnerable people, many who do not understand the changes that have been imposed for safety from an invisible predator.
Our hearts go out to all the families who cannot visit their loved ones in our accommodation services and to all our clients who can’t understand why they are not seeing their loved ones in person.
Our teams will be working hard to make sure that contact continues through other means to bridge this gap.
We are here 24/7 for all of our staff, clients & families. We are continuing to provide all of our services to the best of our ability and within level 3 restrictions, noting many of our office staff are now working remotely from home.
